Terms of Service
The basic agreement between you and Unilect when you use the service.
Last updated: October 6, 20261. The service
Unilect turns lecture recordings, slides and optional textbooks into study articles and export files. Generated materials support your learning; they do not replace course requirements, instructor guidance, professional advice or official university materials.
2. Your account
You must sign in with a valid email address and are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share sign-in codes, access another user’s data or interfere with the service.
3. Uploaded materials
You must have the rights or permission needed to record, upload and process the course materials. You keep your rights in the original materials and authorize us to process them only to provide, maintain and improve the service you request.
4. Payment
Each lecture is priced once according to the recording duration. The price is shown before payment, and full processing starts only after payment is confirmed. Applicable taxes may be shown separately at checkout.
5. Study results
We work to keep lessons accurate and traceable, but generated study materials can still contain omissions or errors. Check important information against the original course materials before submitting work or taking an exam.
6. Prohibited use
Do not upload materials you are not allowed to process, malicious files or unlawful content, or use the service to violate privacy, copyright or other rights.
7. Availability
We work to keep Unilect available, but maintenance, security events or third-party failures may cause temporary interruption.
