We process your email, account identifier, order and payment status, lecture settings, uploaded recordings and documents, generated articles and exports, plus error and usage records needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
This information is used to verify sign-in, save lectures, calculate prices, confirm payments, process materials, generate results, provide support, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
3. Service providers
We use providers for hosting and databases, private file storage, email delivery, payment processing, transcription and content processing. They may process data only as needed to provide their services.
4. Files and access
Lecture files are stored privately. Account data, lectures, files, articles, PDFs and orders are tied to your signed-in account and protected by access rules.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can delete a lecture from My lectures. Unpaid temporary uploads are removed under our cleanup policy.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, private storage, least-privilege access and server-side secret management. Please do not upload sensitive personal information unrelated to your course.
7. Your choices
You can view or delete lecture records and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account-related information.
